The basic principle is that the oil pump delivers the hydraulic oil to the integrated cartridge valve block, and the hydraulic oil is distributed to the upper chamber or the lower chamber of the cylinder through the respective one-way valve and the relief valve, and the cylinder is moved under the action of the high-pressure oil. The hydraulic drive system of the four-column hydraulic press consists of a power mechanism, a control mechanism, an actuator, an auxiliary mechanism and a working medium. When the hydraulic machine is working, the electro-hydraulic reversing valve energizes the pump to generate oil pressure, enters the right position of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve through the sequence valve, enters the upper chamber of the upper cylinder through the one-way valve, and then enters the cylinder through the electromagnetic valve. The chamber returns oil from the lower chamber of the upper cylinder, through the one-way sequence valve back pressure valve and the hydraulic control check valve, and flows back to the fuel tank through the electro-hydraulic reversing valve; the upper cylinder of the hydraulic machine accelerates downward rapidly under the action of its own weight. Movement, so that the upper chamber of the upper cylinder instantly forms a vacuum, the oil of the fuel tank will be sucked into the upper chamber of the upper cylinder through the hydraulic control check valve to eliminate the vacuum, and the upper cylinder is quickly moved downward.


When the upper cylinder of the hydraulic press drives the upper mold and the lower mold to clamp the mold, the oil continues to be input into the upper chamber of the upper oil cylinder, the pressure in the upper chamber of the oil cylinder rises, and the hydraulic control check valve at the fuel supply tank is closed, and the oil supply of the fuel supply tank is cut off. The lowering speed of the upper cylinder begins to slow down, and the pressure in the upper chamber of the cylinder continues to rise. When the setting value of the pressure relay is exceeded, a signal is sent to control the electro-hydraulic reversing valve to switch to the oil supply in the upper chamber of the cylinder, the hydraulic press The upper cylinder stops the movement system and begins to hold pressure for about 40s; after completion, the hydraulic electro-hydraulic liquid reversing valve is turned to the left position, the pump presses the pressure oil through the sequence valve, passes through the left position of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve, and passes through the hydraulic control one-way. The valve and the back pressure valve enter the lower cavity of the upper cylinder, push the cylinder to move upward, and the solenoid valve switches to the left position, and the fuel tank accelerates the return stroke; the oil return of the upper chamber of the hydraulic cylinder flows back through the hydraulic control check valve. The fuel tank, the final upper cylinder can be quickly returned to its original position.


When the electro-hydraulic reversing valve neutral position and the right position of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve are turned on, the pressure oil pumped by the pump passes through the left position of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve of the hydraulic press into the lower chamber of the lower cylinder, and the oil is returned from the lower cylinder. The upper chamber flows into the oil tank through the left position of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve, and the lower cylinder pushes up the workpiece; after the workpiece is taken out, the right position of the hydraulic reversing valve starts to work, the pressure oil enters the upper chamber of the lower cylinder, and the lower chamber of the lower cylinder The return oil flows into the oil tank through the right position of the valve, and the lower cylinder moves downward to return to the original position; the valve prevents the oil in the upper chamber of the upper cylinder from flowing back when the pressure is maintained, and the stroke switch is used to control the extreme positions of the upper and lower cylinders.
